INGREDIENTS

A NICE SIZE, YOU GET IN A PAN WITH CA. 24/25 CM DIAMETER

  • 400 g flour - wheat flour Type 405 flour or spelt flour Type 630
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 125 ml of mineral water with carbon dioxide - Alternatively, milk share increase
