INGREDIENTS

YOU NEED A VERY LARGE PAN OR LARGE POT/DUTCH OVEN

    ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE AT ALDI SÜD IS AVAILABLE

    • 500 g noodles - from the refrigerator shelf
    • 400 g minced beef meat - like organic
    • 800-1000 g cabbage OR white cabbage
    • 1 onion, medium - small diced
    • 250 ml vegetable broth
    • 2 TBSP tomato paste
    • 2 TBSP sour cream
    • 2 TBSP vegetable oil, a neutral - for example, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil
    • 1 TSP salt
    • 2 TSP of paprika powder, sweet
    • 1/2 TSP paprika, sharp
    • Cheese of choice, grated - to Serve

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • First heated You 1 tablespoon of Oil in a very large pan (or pot) and let the noodles according to package instructions sauté (approx. 5-10 minutes). When the noodles are ready for frying are put you to the side and keep them warm.
