Faster cake with Quark&Ö Plums;l-dough
In the plum time I can see myself getting with her at the kitchen table, a mountain of Plums in front of us, and each armed with a small paring knife. Faster cake Plum with Quark-Oil-dough
INGREDIENTS

- 150 g low-fat quark
- 70 ml whole milk
- 70 ml vegetable oil - e.g. sunflower oil, rapeseed oil
- 20 g of sugar - for the dough
- 300 g flour - for example, Type 405
- 1 packet of baking powder - (16 g)
- 1 Pinch Of Salt
- chopped almonds - to taste for the topping
- Cinnamon sugar in the desired ratio - for Serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- As the first heats the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat on.
- Then the quark with 70 ml of milk, 70 ml of vegetable oil and 20g sugar with the hand mixer or the kitchen machine and mix.
