INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
- First the oven on 200 degrees convection to preheat and line a baking sheet with the Butter.
- Then You wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them in the terminal, for example with a kitchen paper.
- Then You spice the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Now a chicken after the other in flour, so that he really nice and mealy's.
- Successively on the greased baking sheet , and a good distance between the mallets can. The greater the distance the more crispy they will be.
- Now You hand out the 100 ml of water in the spaces between, for example, with a spoon.
- Then You give the chicken on the second shelf from the bottom for 45 to 60 minutes in the oven. The cooking time depends on the weight of the chicken.
